When preparing for an interior window cleaning, we just ask that you move any breakable objects away from the windows, but you don’t need to move your furniture, or window dressings. We can work around most of the things in your house, and we can move the furniture when necessary.

As far as exterior window cleaning, we usually can figure out how to reach most any window. However, if there are any untrimmed bushes and trees close to the house, it can make it very challenging to get close enough to the glass to clean. If branches create a situation where we feel it is unsafe to climb a ladder, we may not be able to clean those windows. Safety always comes first.
